Millinium Capital Managers holds an Australian Financial Services Licence No.284336 that allows it and its related corporate representative, Millinium Asset Services Pty Limited No.380548 to act as a trustee for certain wholesale unregistered unit trusts. Our team has a sound understanding and solid track record in wholesale products for both Australian and overseas asset managers. We aim to deliver a flexible and cost effective structure best suited to our client’s individual requirements.
As the trustee, we can hold certain assets ourselves, where these assets are related to our trustee service for a client and they meet the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and ASIC regulatory guidelines. We can act for wholesale schemes with a wide variety of asset classes, such as:
- Australian Equities
- Bonds and Corporate Debt securities
- Fixed Interest and cash
- Property related assets
and ensure that with certain asset classes we have arrangements in place with external custodians to assist us to hold those assets for a particular scheme(s).
As a trustee, we are responsible for your trust and a range of services related to it that may include:
- trust documentation, eg. trust deed, information memorandum;
- ASIC requirements;
- client and compliance monitoring;
- regulatory reporting;
- complaints resolution membership;
- financial resources and insurance; and
- back office solutions, including, if required:
- scheme administration and lodgements
- unit registry
- valuations/accounting
- investor reporting
