About Millinium's Investment Series

Millinium’s Investment Series offers various investment options through Millinium’s Multi-Strategy Fund (“Fund”). To find out more, click on the Investments icon below to see how each investment option works up-close by its investment details. Each will give an overview of what each investment option has to offer.

MSIF

Each investment option has a separate class of units in the Fund. The assets of each investment option are held by Millinium in wholly owned sub trusts beneficially for each class of investors. The sub trusts are managed by a wholly owned related entity of Millinium. This structure allows us to quarantine assets and liabilities attributable to each investment option which aims to minimise the extent to which an investor’s holding in one class is affected by the capital gains, losses or other liabilities of other unit classes of the Fund. Additionally, it provides transparency for each class of investor(s). Finally, it ensures integration of your various investment options in one place, coupled with competitive pricing.

Who is the Fund suitable for?
The Fund is a registered managed investment scheme. The Fund is suitable for investors seeking:

a diversified range of investment options;
an ability to mix and blend investment options;
the range of investment options in income and/or growth sectors;
the ability to add to their investment via a Regular Investment Plan and/or by compounding reinvested distributions;
a range of investment specialists;
diversified exposure into various asset classes;
segregation of capital gains and losses that other funds may not be capable to achieve; and
competitive returns (although returns are not guaranteed).

Our objective is to provide investors with access to investment options’ that are professionally managed by us and other leading investment manager(s) appointed. You can select one or more of these investment options providing you a simple and flexible way of access to specific investment markets. Furthermore it is an easy choice of diversifying your investments across a range of asset classes through one Fund. Please see the relevant Product Disclosure Statement ("PDS") for the Fund for more information. Most of all the structure is designed to be tax effective for investors.

Investment Manager
Each of the investment options’ are managed by Millinium and/or a specialist external Investment Manager. We select our Investment Managers based on their ability to perform in their asset class, with the view to preserve capital value and deliver growth and/or income returns within defined risk parameters. For each investment option, we consider what would be an optimal portfolio construction for investors and the asset classes they choose. Our emphasis is on a conservative and consistent investment style based on quality in value of underlying assets. Accordingly, each investment manager focuses on the short to medium outlook and market fundamentals for underlying assets of each portfolio for the Fund.
