The objective of Millinium's Monthly Income Fund is to provide you with regular income returns through the active management of a portfolio of income producing investments. It is suitable for:
- Diversified pool of income producing assets;
- Choice of investment terms;
- The ability to add to your investment via a regular investment plan and/or compounding reinvested distributions;
- Investment specialists;
- Diversification in exposure to asset classes;
- Fixed term returns (although returns are not guaranteed); and
- Potential to earn loyalty incentive.
The Fund offers investors the choice of 6, 12 and 24 month term periods for investments. We offer competitive rate(s) of return* for investors, which we update on a monthly basis. | Fees | No establishment, contribution, or termination fees apply. Our management fee is 1.45% p.a. on the Fund's gross assets. An early withdrawal fee of 2% applies for amounts withdrawn prior to maturity. |
| Distributions, redemptions and expenses | Your distributions, redemptions and the expenses of the Fund are our priority and are paid before we receive a Management Fee of 1.45%. Our Management Fee comes out of the Fund's income and not the Rate(s) of Return. Please see the PDS for full details. |
